Mental Health Effects on Obesity

The effects of mental health towards obesity are like stress, depression and anxiety. Being worried, sad or stressed can make you eat more and rest more. Having this kind of sickness is worst than being an obese person because it effects your emotions and physical body. These emotions intends people to eat more food or sugary food.

Facing these problems which is worried about something or someone, depressed by divorce or stressed from work. They can be improved by visiting a physician for treatments or advice to make it better. If these problems go on it may lead to committing suicide or any murder. To prevent from spreading mental illness to others is by keeping the problems to yourself rather than telling it to others making them feel the same. Mental issues are not only having a bad day, but mentally thinking that you are physically obese. For example Sally is extremely underweight she sees herself as an obese person and is bad for their mental health.
